Accessibility

Last updated October 30, 2026

Everyone should be able to use this site and reach a contractor, whether they use a screen reader, a keyboard, zoom or a phone.

What we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA as the reference for this site.

What is in place

• A skip link and a logical heading order on every page
• Navigation and every call button work with a keyboard and show a visible focus outline
• Images have text alternatives
• Text and button colors meet AA contrast; white on the call button color is 7.3 to 1
• Layouts reflow on small screens and at 200 percent zoom
• Animation is kept to a minimum and respects reduced-motion settings

Known limits

Call tracking and analytics are third-party services we don't fully control. Sites we link to, such as state agencies, have their own accessibility.

Another way to get help

You never need the website to get help. Call (352) 758-5011 to be connected with a contractor.

Report a barrier
