Call tracking
Phone numbers on this site may be call-tracking numbers run by a third-party provider. When you call one, the provider may record the number you called, your phone number, the date, time and length of the call, and which page or advertisement led to the call. Calls may be recorded for quality and billing; if a call is recorded, you will be told at the start.
When you browse
The web server and our analytics record basic technical details: pages viewed, the referring site or search, browser and device type, and an IP address. Our analytics run without cookies and are served from this domain. This site doesn't use advertising cookies.

Who it is shared with
Your request is shared with the contractor you are connected with, and with any call-routing or referral network used to reach it, so they can contact you about the work. That contractor may pay us for the referral and handles your information under its own privacy policy. We also use service providers for hosting, call tracking, analytics and email. Information may be disclosed when the law requires it or if the business changes hands. We don't sell lists of callers.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask not to be contacted again. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of buying anything. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts.
Keeping it safe
We take reasonable steps to protect what you share and keep it only as long as it is useful or required by law.
Children
This site is for adults arranging work on their homes. It isn't directed at children.
