Complaints

AC Repair Ocala doesn't do heating and cooling work. When you call, you are connected with an independent local heating and cooling contractor that serves your address. That company looks at the system, gives you its price and does the work. If something goes wrong, here is where to take it.
A problem with a contractor's work or price
The contractor you hired is responsible for its work, pricing and warranty. Raise the problem with that company first, in writing, and keep copies. If that doesn't settle it:
- Florida DBPR. The Department of Business and Professional Regulation licenses air-conditioning contractors and takes complaints about licensed contractors and unlicensed activity. You can file a complaint through myfloridalicense.com.
- Florida Attorney General. For sales, billing or other consumer protection concerns, contact the Attorney General's consumer protection division at myfloridalegal.com.
- Tell us. We want to know, and can stop referring callers to a company that treats customers badly.
A problem with this site or a referral
If information on this site was wrong, a call was handled badly or nobody followed up, call (352) 758-5011 or email contact@acocalafl.com. Include the date and what happened. We aim to reply within five business days.
